High Coercive Force, Low Reversible Temperature Coefficient, Low Weight Loss CharacteristicsNdFeB is the strongest permanent magnet in contemporary magnets. Its main raw materials include neodymium, iron, boron as well as dysprosium, aluminum, copper and other elements. It has excellent magnetic properties, high coercive force and high strength.
Widely used in electronics, electrical machinery, medical equipment, toys, packaging, hardware machinery, aerospace and other fields, more common permanent magnet motors, speakers, magnetic separators, computer disk drives, magnetic resonance imaging equipment and instruments.
The Production of Sintered NdFeB Magnets
Sintered NdFeB magnets are anisotropic magnets produced by powder sintering. Generally, the process sintering can only produce the workblank, and then mechanically processed (such as wire- cutting, slicing, grinding, etc.) to be a magnet of various shapes (block, cylinder, ring, tile, profile, etc.)
The Process for Sintered NdFeB
Preparation of Raw Materials → Strip Casting(SC) → Hydrogen Decrepitation (HD) → Jet Milling → Blending → Orienting and Pressing → Vacuum Sintering → Magnetic Properties Inspection → Machining → Plating → Magnetizing
The sintering & tempering is the key step for the magnetic.
